My goal is to keep my clients out of bad deals. The mindset that I encourage my clients to have is "NO DEAL IS BETTER THAN A BAD DEAL". When I work with sellers we focus on maximum return while achieving the goals we set at listing. When I work with buyers my focus is evaluating properties to find as many problems as I can find. My firm will not do duel agency deals.
