Only bidders who qualify to bid on the lots in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale will receive the link to participate. To qualify to bid on the lots, any bidder must tender to the auctioneer the completed Auction Registration Form, signed Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the requisite deposit which is $49,000 in the form of a bank check payable to "David J. Doyaga, Sr. as Trustee", by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on July 8, 2024. The opening bid for the lots at the auction sale is $490,000. The lots are all located off of Academy Hill Road in Milan, NY, a rural community located at the northern edge of Dutchess County.
