Why I like this property personally:
Our company buys a lot of properties. I have grown to develop personal fondness for each property as if it has its own personality. This property which I fondly refer to as "001G" is remote, but still close to a road. Many very remote properties are so off-grid that you really can't get to them. It is a gorgeous property that is directly adjacent to the east side of the Petrified Forest National Park. It's about an hour from any real town, but if you like remote and a large piece of land, this is for you!
If this description doesn't match your needs, let me know! We have lots of properties with different features to meet your needs.
BENEFITS OF OFF-GRID LIVING
Off-grid living offers a unique and rewarding lifestyle with numerous benefits for those seeking independence and sustainability. By disconnecting from traditional utilities and infrastructure, off-grid residents gain control over their energy sources, often utilizing renewable options like solar, wind, or hydropower. This autonomy can lead to significant cost savings on utilities and reduce the reliance on fossil fuels. Off-grid living also promotes a closer connection with nature and encourages a simpler, more intentional way of life. It can provide a sense of freedom and self-sufficiency, as residents grow their own food, manage their own water supply, and make conscious choices about consumption. Additionally, off-grid living can be an opportunity for greater peace and privacy, offering an escape from the noise and pollution of urban environments.
